Shipping method

All orders are shipped via a courier service within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery time

Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days from the moment your order is confirmed.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout and depends on your delivery address and selected shipping option. The exact amount is displayed before you confirm your order.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also contact our customer support team for a status update.

Packaging

Every order is carefully wrapped in LeoKids signature packaging, with close attention to detail and protection of the items during transport.

Right to return

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order, without giving any reason.

How to return

Returns can be made in the following ways:

• by post or courier to: 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH2 4AN

Return conditions

Items eligible for return must be:

• unworn and unused
• in their original condition
• with all original tags and labels attached

Items showing signs of use, without tags, or in damaged condition may not be accepted for return or may be subject to a deduction in the refund.

Return shipping cost

Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law or agreed with us in advance.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or receiving evidence that the item has been sent back, whichever is earlier, using the same payment method as for the original purchase, unless a different method is agreed that does not incur additional costs for you.

Order cancellation before dispatch

You may request to cancel your order until it has been prepared for dispatch. After the order has been prepared for dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible, but you may still exercise your right to return the items after delivery, subject to the conditions above.
