Orders
Select an item, size, and color, add it to your cart, and complete the checkout by entering your contact details. A manager will contact you during business hours to confirm your order.
Pre-order allows you to reserve an item at the boutique before your visit. The reservation is free and valid for 48 hours.
You will be charged once your order has been processed and you have received a confirmation email.
Yes, until your order has been prepared for dispatch. After that, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may exercise your right of withdrawal and return the items after delivery.
We process orders: Mon–Sat 10:00–20:00, Sun 11:00–19:00. Please check your Spam folder.

We offer collections from leading designers, so quantities of each piece are very limited. Our website is synced with the boutique stock, but if an item is sold in-store and online simultaneously, availability may be temporarily inaccurate.
Delivery
Delivery is handled within the United Kingdom and typically takes 1–3 business days from the moment your order is confirmed.
Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout and depends on your delivery address. The exact amount is displayed before you confirm your order.

After dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also contact our customer support team for a status update.
Every order is wrapped in signature Leo Kids packaging, crafted with attention to detail — exactly as you would expect from a luxury boutique.
Returns & Exchanges
Yes, within 14 days of receiving your order (right of withdrawal). Items eligible for return must be:
- unworn and unused
- in their original condition
- with all original tags and labels attached
Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer, unless otherwise required by law or agreed with us in advance.

Exclusively official luxury and premium brands. Every item is authentic and sourced directly from the manufacturer.

Each designer has their own sizing and fit standards. That is why we provide detailed sizing information for every item. Our stylist is always happy to help with the right choice.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee restocking. Collections are planned several months in advance. We encourage you to keep an eye on the website for updates.
